Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr We’re seeking our first dedicated Field & Event Marketing Manager to lead and execute our event marketing strategy from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in building brand presence, accelerating our go-to-market motion, and generating high-quality pipeline for a fast-growing organization focused on improving access to care. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive event calendar across key channels, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and virtual events. Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns—such as direct mail, targeted email sequences, and content partnerships—to boost engagement and opportunity creation. Organize regional roadshows and live product demonstrations aimed at driving measurable SQL growth each quarter. Create and deliver event-ready assets—presentations, signage, interactive demos, and branded materials—that enable sales teams to succeed in person. Partner with revenue operations to establish attribution models that track performance and optimize ROI. Required Skills: 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation. Background in industries such as healthtech, govtech, edtech, or fintech is preferred. Proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through events and ABM initiatives. Strong storytelling ability and exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and intent-based marketing tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). Ability to fully own event and ABM programs from strategy through execution. Data-driven approach, with experience in building target account lists and forecasting. Skilled at creating sales enablement materials for use in the field. Compensation : $100k - $150k Seniority level
