$52,000 base salary + commission potential Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with Saturday shifts as needed (10:00am–5:00pm). Two consecutive days off are guaranteed weekly. Benefits:

Job Description: The Marketing Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and visitors, playing a key role in promoting and leasing high-end residential properties. This individual will guide applicants through the leasing process, provide excellent customer service to current residents, and support property management operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with prospective residents, conducting property tours and presenting available units Assist with application processing and lease preparation Support resident satisfaction through responsive communication and service Maintain accurate guest records, follow-up communications, and related documentation Participate in outreach activities and marketing initiatives as needed Provide administrative support to the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience (leasing experience a plus) Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi software experience a plus Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment Additional Details: Full-time, in-office role across luxury residential communities in Washington, D.C.
