Marketing Consultant (Residential Leasing)

Pay: $52,000 base salary + commission potential

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard schedule MondayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm, with Saturday shifts as needed (10:00am5:00pm). Two consecutive days off are guaranteed weekly.

Job Description: The Marketing Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and visitors, playing a key role in promoting and leasing high-end residential properties. This individual will guide applicants through the leasing process, provide excellent customer service to current residents, and support property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with prospective residents, conducting property tours and presenting available units
  • Assist with application processing and lease preparation
  • Support resident satisfaction through responsive communication and service
  • Maintain accurate guest records, follow-up communications, and related documentation
  • Participate in outreach activities and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience (leasing experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi software experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
