Well respected Regional Property Management firm in business over 30 years with expanding fee management portfolio operating on the east coast is looking for a resourceful, community-minded team member for an affordable community. The Leasing Agent's primary responsibility will be to promote marketing of the property, schedule appointments, greet and gather required documents from prospective residents, for a complete application. The responsibility requires organization and great attention to detail. On a daily basis, the Leasing Agent may be conducting interviews, processing paperwork, interacting with various vendors and agencies, and at the same time, assisting with the several administrative and leasing tasks required to keep the rental office running smoothly. A successful candidate must be able to multi-task well, all within specific time constraints.
