Overview
Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) role at Abe. We’re launching a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising within the Directive family. This agency will be a hub for innovative LinkedIn strategies for B2B clients, with the goal of helping clients reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with the Associate Director to align internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional networks
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and more
- Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success
- Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to drive data‑driven decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable insights and tell compelling stories with data
- Balanced, competitive and curious attitude; a true problem solver
- Tends to stay at the cutting edge of the industry, always seeking opportunities to grow and share knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Quality-minded and passionate about advertising with integrity
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment (North Star Metrics and Client Satisfaction scores)
- Build client trust and relationships that support renewals
- Cross-sell services that align with client goals
- Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
- Make strong, data-driven decisions to guide account strategy
Benefits
- Base salary: Directive’s recommended range for this US-based role is $85,000–$95,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA.
