Audio/Video Technician Helper Ormond Beach

Job Summary:

Works with other installers and independently in completing installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork. Also responsible for vehicle care and maintenance.

• Self-motivated, task-driven, with a strong understanding of "best practices"
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Complete one-room audio/video installs and setups
• Install and set up satellite/cable systems
• Perform troubleshooting of simple systems
• Install and set up basic networking/data systems
• Program single-room, advanced systems
• Understand multi-room system setup
• Understand security system programming and design
• Work with Habitech Systems single-room systems
• Obtain CEDIA ESTII certification within 6 months of hire
• Complete Alarm.com Academy within 6 months of hire
• Complete ProSource University within the first year
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet all Assistant level qualifications
• Be proficient with desktop and mobile computing
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks
• Training will be provided

Note: Responsibilities may extend beyond those listed, as needed.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
