As the Social Media Content Creator, you will shape the brand’s online presence through creative and strategic content development, engagement and campaign execution by optimizing SEO, performing market research, monitoring performance of promotional campaigns and create visually appealing designs to communicate messages effectively.

Onsite requirement, 2-3 days a week, 9am to 5:30pm. Need to be available for social media shoots as necessary outside of these in person days.

This role supports DL1961 and Warp Weft World brands.

The base compensation range offered ($25-30/hour) is based on several factors, including but not limited to industry experience, market location, job-related knowledge and skillsets.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media
    • Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to create compelling visuals and copy that align with brand messaging.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and enhance audience engagement.
    • Stay up to date with current social media trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies for growth.
    • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build relationships and maintain a positive brand image.
    • Create and manage social media calendars to plan and schedule content ahead of time for consistent posting.
    • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for content differentiation.
    • Utilize social media management tools to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency in content creation and posting.
    • Develop and implement social media campaigns to support specific marketing goal and objectives.
    • Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and drive brand awareness through strategic partnerships.
  • Graphic Design
    • Develop design solutions that communicate visually appealing messages to create successful visual concepts.
    • Determine the arrangement of elements to effectively convey the message/design layout.
    • Choose fonts, colors, and images: select appropriate visual elements to enhance design.
    • Collaborate with team members, clients, marketers and other professionals to achieve a common goal.
    • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years’ experience in social media and graphic design including experience in a fashion brand.
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategy.
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
  • Connections with key social media plays, influencers, photographers, models, and stylists is a plus.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms – Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
  • Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
  • Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Ability to grow organic likes and followers across prominent platforms.
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design softwares and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
