Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative content delivery strategies, analyzing data and insights to inform decisions.
• Design and produce impactful visual content, including graphics, presentations (PowerPoint), infographics, and potential video content.
• Translate complex information and data into clear, compelling narratives that communicate key messages.
• Design and create high quality presentations using platforms like PowerPoint, ensuring strong visual storytelling and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Explore new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance content delivery, engagement, and reach.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all content and platforms.
• Adapt content for optimal performance across various digital and physical platforms and formats, such as web, social media, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and a keen understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
• Proven ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives and engage audiences through impactful visuals.
• Experience in developing and implementing creative content strategies tailored to specific audiences and objectives.
• Expertise in designing and delivering engaging presentations, preferably with tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• A proactive mindset to explore new trends, technologies (including AI tools), and creative approaches to content creation and delivery.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve challenges in content delivery and messaging.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design execution, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED/Equivalency.
• Prior experience with a utility company is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $25 - $32

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by factors including scope and location, market conditions, and the candidate's skills and experience. Our full time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as PTO and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities.
