Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Creative Content and Visual Storytelling Specialist who can blend graphic design expertise with strategic thinking to craft compelling visual narratives across diverse platforms.
• You will play a crucial role in enhancing our content delivery, transforming information into engaging experiences that resonate with our target audience.
• This role demands creativity, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to exploring new and effective communication methods.
• Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute innovative content delivery strategies, analyzing data and insights to inform decisions.
• Visual Storytelling & Design: Design and produce impactful visual content, including graphics, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), infographics, and potential video content.
• Narrative Creation: Translate complex information and data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives that effectively communicate key messages.
• Presentation Design & Delivery: Design and create high-quality presentations using platforms like PowerPoint, ensuring strong visual storytelling and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Innovation & Research: Explore new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance content delivery, engagement, and reach.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all content and platforms.
• Platform & Format Optimization: Adapt content for optimal performance across various digital and physical platforms and formats, such as web, social media, and presentations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills; Graphics, (ACC/Figma/Sketch), Content
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED/Equivalency
• Must have graphic design expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and a keen understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
• Visual Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives and engage audiences through impactful visuals.
• Content Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing creative content strategies tailored to specific audiences and objectives.
• Presentation Skills: Expertise in designing and delivering engaging presentations, preferably with tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• Adaptability & Innovation: A proactive mindset to explore new trends, technologies (including AI tools), and creative approaches to content creation and delivery.
• Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve challenges in content delivery and messaging.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design execution, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
