Wanted for a Creative Development Producer

I’m Alina, showrunner and founder of ALN Cinema. We’re an independent production company developing original films and TV series — and I’m looking for a creative partner to join me in shaping stories from concept to pitch.

If you:

• Understand the indie film market, streaming platforms, and US festivals

• Are proactive, collaborative, and can balance creative and strategic thinking

…then we might be a great match.

The role involves: brainstorming and shaping ideas, writing loglines/synopses, overseeing pitch materials, mapping festival & platform strategies, attaching talent, and preparing for pitches and funding opportunities.

This is a chance to work on personal, original stories (often with a strong female perspective) in a creative, flexible environment — without the corporate layers. There’s also potential to grow into a Co-Producer role on future projects.
