Volunteer: Highly Visible Journalist for Board of Directors

Overview

Global Outreach Doctors seeks highly visible journalist to join our expanding board of directors or advisory board team. If you've worked for NPR, BBC, Al Jazeera or other quality news organizations, we'd like to speak to you.

With only 1 doctor for every 20,000 people in Africa alone, our organization is an important addition to other NGOs providing medical care globally. GoDocs is different than other providers because we deploy with canine search and rescue assets along side medical practitioners to be a complete service from rescue to definitive medical care. We also uniquely offer both eastern and western medical practitioners, providing a much more wide ranging medical service. In addition, deploying with portable SATCOM allows our organization to alert the world of the needs and conditions on the ground. GoDocs also provides healthcare in non disaster areas affected by high infant mortality, famine and disease. More info at Globaloutreachdoctors.org.
