Position Summary This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Events Coordinator located in Jackson, WY. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating company events, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and overseeing both digital and physical marketing materials. The role involves liaising with vendors, tracking promotional activities, and ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms. Create & Post Content for Campaigns and Product Drops Support brand collabs and product drops (e.g. Lisa Congdon) by creating coordinating content. Design, schedule & be social on digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook – gallery posts, reels, stories, blog links, likes etc. Create short-form copy for reels, newsletters, blog posts, maintaining consistency of branding and message across platforms, keep SEO in mind. Coordinate brand fan/influencer gifting, UGC reshares, and low-lift PR outreach. Marketing Operations Maintain content libraries and work within our ecosystem. Assist in outlining marketing strategy/calendars. Assist in ideation of creative campaigns for legacy accounts and new targets in collaboration with cross functional team. Track email/socials and lean in or pivot based on performance. Be point person for communication with brand partners, vendors, wholesale dealers, D2C giveaways, pretty much all of our brand fans! Coordinate assets for newsletter campaigns and WooCommerce and Meta marketing integrations as needed. Coordinate and optimize assets on digital platforms, respond to customer comments in platform. Coordinate with ad agency to provide digital assets as needed. Events & Trade Show Support Coordinate and attend trade shows, pop-ups, activations, and creative events. Pack, ship, and help design and organize event materials and booth displays. Assist in purchasing supplies, booking travel accommodations for team, coordinate with sales reps as needed. Lead on-site setup/teardown and represent Noso with confidence and joy. Capture content at events and recap performance. Strong aesthetic eye and copywriting skills aligned with our fun, flair-first voice. ~ Experience with Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Plann, WooCommerce, Mailchimp. ~ Willing and able to travel for events and trade shows. ~ Team Player: Excels in fast-paced, cross-functional, and agile team settings. Creative & Energetic: Passionate about Sustainability: Committed to making a positive environmental impact while helping a fast-growing company thrive. Bonus Points Background in outdoor, fashion, or purpose-driven CPG. Familiar with PR basics or press outreach. Has managed social accounts or product launches for a brand. Experience in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite. Knows how to shoot auto focus photography. WooCommerce, Mailchimp, PLANN, Instagram/Meta, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Dropbox, Asana, Slack, Adobe Suite (optional).
