Linden Creek is an emerging home staging and interior design brand with big ambitions. We’ve grown to 17 locations along the East Coast and are expanding nationwide through franchising. This role is based at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC, where you’ll play a pivotal part in building and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all locations. From crafting stories to shaping strategy, your work will ensure Linden Creek is recognized, trusted, and celebrated.



The Role


We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager who thrives on turning vision into engaging content. You’ll develop and execute our social media strategy to reflect Linden Creek’s brand voice, support our franchise locations, and connect meaningfully with our audience. This isn’t just about posting pretty pictures - it’s about building relationships, sparking conversation, and driving interest in our services and franchise opportunities. You’ll also travel to different homes and staging projects for content days, capturing high-quality visuals and stories that highlight our work in action.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar for corporate and franchise accounts

  • Create, write, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more)

  • Maintain brand consistency across all locations while allowing room for local flair

  • Lead the measurement and analysis of social performance, using data-driven insights to optimize content, increase engagement, and expand reach across all platforms

  • Collaborate with franchise partners to support their local marketing efforts

  • Collaborate with our digital advertising team by providing compelling content and fresh ideas to support paid social campaigns that drive traffic, capture leads, and boost brand awareness

  • Keep up with industry trends and platform updates to keep Linden Creek ahead of the curve



Qualifications



  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand or multiple accounts

  • Strong understanding of branding and how to communicate visually and verbally

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools

  • Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines

  • Able to leverage AI and automation tools beyond simple ChatGPT prompts to work smarter and faster using platforms like Opus for bulk reel creation, Canva’s AI for design and copy generation, and Asana to automate checklists and tasks

  • Bonus: experience in real estate, design, or franchising

  • Bonus: experience in email marketing and blogging
