Linden Creek is an emerging home staging and interior design brand with big ambitions. Weve grown to 17 locations along the East Coast and are expanding nationwide through franchising. This role is based at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC, where youll play a pivotal part in building and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all locations. From crafting stories to shaping strategy, your work will ensure Linden Creek is recognized, trusted, and celebrated.

Marketing Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar for our corporate and franchise accounts
- Write, design, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more)
- Maintain brand consistency across all locations while allowing space for local market personality
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture both staging and franchise leads
- Assist with PR opportunities and press placements to amplify Linden Creeks reach
- Partner with our digital advertising team by creating content and ideas that fuel paid campaigns for leads and awareness
- Capture visuals and stories on-site during staging projects and design installs
- Track performance data across platforms and campaigns, using insights to improve engagement and ROI
- Explore and integrate AI + automation tools to streamline workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Eye for designcomfortable with tools like Canva (bonus if youve done graphic design professionally)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and list management
- Understanding of digital advertising basics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar)
- Experience collaborating across teams and juggling multiple projects with deadlines
- Creative, resourceful, and data-driven mindset
- Bonus: background in PR, brand partnerships, or content marketing
- Bonus: experience in real estate, interior design, or franchising industries
