Role Overview
SEO and Web Conversion Specialist Overview: We are looking for a SEO and Web Conversion Specialist who is passionate about building digital experiences that convert. This is a focused, impactful role for someone who blends analytical skills with hands-on execution and knows how to turn web traffic into qualified pipeline.
You will manage and optimize our on-site SEO strategy, own CRO testing and performance across the site, and drive improvements to site speed, structure, and UX. You will help select our SEO and CRO tools, weigh in on our future CMS platform, and play a critical role in upcoming website redesign planning. You will not be expected to write code, but you should be comfortable making meaningful updates directly within a CMS. This is not a developer role, but it is also not a coordinator role. You will be hands-on and responsible for executing your own web strategies.
This role sits at the intersection of growth and product marketing, ensuring our site reflects our brand and messaging while performing as a true demand engine. You will use SEO and CRO tools to diagnose, test, and improve performance, partnering with content, paid media, and marketing ops to deliver measurable results.
If you’re passionate about optimizing digital experiences, love running tests and experiments, and have a strong foundation in technical and content-driven SEO, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy and Execution: Own end-to-end on-site SEO strategy, including technical SEO, keyword targeting, and content optimization
- SEO tooling and reporting: Manage SEO tooling and reporting including GA4, Search Console, and either SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Technical SEO issues: Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, performance, and mobile optimization issues
- Content strategy guidance: Guide content strategy with insights on search intent, keyword opportunities, and page structure
- Site updates: Ensure all website updates are search-friendly and properly structured
- Website Optimization and CRO: Own CRO strategy across all web properties and drive improvements to lead capture and conversion
- Testing and analysis: Run A/B tests and behavioral analysis using platforms such as VWO, Hotjar, or Google Optimize
- Implementation: Partner with external developers or agencies to implement site changes based on your strategy
- Performance monitoring: Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, and UX performance, and prioritize enhancements
- Landing pages: Own performance for key landing pages and ensure they support campaigns and paid media goals
- KPIs: Define and track KPIs for SEO and CRO initiatives that impact lead volume, quality, and conversion
- Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Product Marketing and Creative to align site content with messaging and personas
- Inbound and paid traffic: Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure inbound channels convert effectively
- Measurement: Work with Marketing Ops to measure traffic, engagement, and funnel progression
- Site decisions: Guide web decisions during site updates or redesigns with a focus on UX, performance, and growth
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in SEO and website optimization, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress or a similar CMS

- Deep understanding of technical SEO including site architecture, page speed, and structured data
- Proven ability to run CRO tests, analyze behavioral data, and improve site performance
- Strong communicator and collaborator with experience leading projects that involve external dev partners
- Ability to execute light front end changes (HTML, CSS, JS familiarity is a plus)
- Preferred experience with Unbounce, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with structured data and schema markup
- Previous experience with a website redesign or re-platforming project
