About Us
Conscious Minds is an independent creative agency that helps brands establish a more human connection between brands and their audiences. We have offices in Pasadena, CA, and Portland, OR, and offer a remote-first work environment to our employees. Our clients include Apple, Google, Mars Petcare, Meta, Nike, Oakley, Starbucks, Uber Eats, Vans, Yahoo, and Zillow.
We’re a people-first work culture, big on community, trust, transparency, and respect for one another. We operate as an integrated team from Strategy through Production—and everything in between.
About This Role
As an Integrated Producer, you’ll serve as the operational lead on key projects—driving clarity, accountability, and momentum from kickoff through delivery. You’re the engine that keeps the work moving forward and the glue that keeps cross-functional teams aligned. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership to translate big ideas into executable plans, while also managing the day-to-day flow of deliverables, timelines, and communication.
This role requires both left-brain structure and right-brain intuition. You should be just as comfortable leading internal stand-ups as you are prepping clients for creative reviews, navigating shifting scopes, and supporting a team through the unexpected.
Reporting To: Director of Studio Operations
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day project leadership from kickoff through final delivery across multiple workstreams. Own internal timelines, deliverables, and communication and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Be the team quarterback by running daily stand-ups, tracking progress across departments, and providing clear next steps for creative, production, and post teams.
- Serve as an executional partner to creative and strategy leads, helping turn high-level goals into actionable plans. You know how to move ideas forward while respecting the creative process.
- Interface directly with clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, document agendas and recaps, and ensure follow-through on next steps.
- Manage project budgets in collaboration with studio leadership. Track actuals and burned time, flag overages early, and coordinate freelancer and vendor payments as needed.
- Maintain and refine project management tools and file organization systems to ensure clarity and transparency for the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, creator marketing, and post teams to ensure smooth handoffs and shared accountability across every phase of a project.

- Strong organizational systems and time management habits. You balance the big picture with all the little details.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively manage around them.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with experience leading hybrid teams across time zones.
