Job Description: Senior Studio Producer

ABOUT US

Conscious Minds is an independent creative agency that helps brands establish a more human connection between brands and their audiences. We have offices in Pasadena, CA, and Portland, OR, and offer a remote-first work environment to our employees. Our clients include Apple, Google, Mars Petcare, Meta, Nike, Oakley, Starbucks, Uber Eats, Vans, Yahoo, and Zillow.

We’re a people-first work culture, big on communication, trust, transparency, and respect for one another. We operate as an integrated team from Strategy through Production—and everything in between.

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Studio Producer.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Senior Studio Producer, you will be leading project management of assigned projects from start to finish. You are the team quarterback - facilitating clear communication, expectations, time-management, and task management to all departments and labels within CM. You will also drive day-to-day client communication and necessary follow-ups.

It’s key that you own projects with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and thrive on solving problems. You need to be comfortable pushing workstreams forward despite missing information, and providing caveats where applicable.

We’re looking for someone who has experience launching 360º campaigns: for brands or entertainment properties. You should be familiar with workback schedules and resources needed for multi-channel campaigns and understand all stages of project briefing through production to forecast potential roadblocks. Ideally, you thrive being in service to clients and the creative team: streamlining operations, filling in holes where you see them and maintaining clarity and balance for everyone involved.

Senior Studio Producers are part of the Studio Operations team, and report to the Executive Director or Operations Lead on their assigned accounts.
