Project Manager Design Review Services Location:
Arlington, VA (onsite with some flexibility) Clearance:

Overview The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day execution of design review projects in support of the U.S. Marshals Service (MSD, OCM). This role ensures that projects meet scope, schedule, and cost requirements while coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage and track design review tasks from initiation through completion. Conduct and document facility assessments, structural surveys, and space situation summaries. Develop space requirements reports, performance specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate interior design selections (finishes, , layouts) and space plans. Review architectural and engineering design drawings and specifications. Support construction reviews, punch lists, and system
upgrade/replacement
designs. Assist with relocation planning, furniture procurement, and installation oversight. Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Project Manager and government stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 5+ years of project management experience. Knowledge of design review, construction, or federal facility projects. PMP or equivalent certification . Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
