This entry-level management role is ideal for candidates with engineering, architecture, or facility planning experience who are looking to grow their careers in federal project management. Responsibilities
Support data collection and documentation for facility assessments and system reviews. Assist in preparing space planning layouts, block/stack plans, and interior design selections. Provide technical support for engineering/building system evaluations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Assist in construction review activities and help track punch list completion. Document existing conditions and maintain project files. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members during relocation and installation efforts. Prepare meeting notes, reports, and deliverables for government review. Provide administrative and scheduling support to Project Managers. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field. 13 years of relevant professional experience. Exposure to project management principles and design review processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. PMP or CAPM certification but not required.
