What You’ll Do

Create and execute marketing plans for all events (5Ks, street festivals, and music festivals)

Lead digital and social campaigns (Meta Ads, IG, TikTok, email blasts, Google Ads, etc.) with a focus on sales and conversions

Identify content and branding needs, collaborating with the Creative Strategy Director to bring campaigns to life

Partner with media outlets, sponsors, and community organizations to maximize exposure and reach

Work with the sponsorship department to fulfill all sponsor marketing deliverables and prove ROI

Track, report, and optimize campaign performance to hit sales and attendance goals

Be on-site during events to support marketing activations, live content, and sponsor needs

Provide weekly rundowns of marketing goals, KPIs, and accomplishments

Communicate regularly with leadership to ensure strategy aligns with company growth

What You Bring

3+ years of marketing experience (event marketing experience is a strong advantage)

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Comfortable leading projects and working independently

Professional proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken

Willingness to work weekends during festival season

The Perks
