We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee two small residential communities in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of property management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with residents and provide top-notch customer service

• Oversee the move-in/move-out process to ensure a seamless resident experience

• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards

• Manage financial and administrative recordkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure facilities are well-maintained

• Handle day-to-day operations and other community-related activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience

• A self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
