SALARY: $25 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (some flexibility)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes marketing strategies and objectives.


• Coordinates marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature.


• Prepares direct mail advertising, website content and updates, and online marketing campaigns; editing and proofreading.


• Oversees social media programs and maintains active social media interaction; oversees search engine usage.


• Produces regularly scheduled reports from the marketing database, including click-through rates, spending, and impressions from Google Ads and other platforms.


• Assists in implementing and coordinating involvement in public relations programs, online events, and trade shows.


• Oversees ad contracts and placement. Maintains signage inside and outside stores.


• Monitors customer feedback and assesses competition in the marketplace; conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services; maintains promotional materials inventory for each location.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)


• Experience with WordPress, MailChimp, SEO tools, and Microsoft Office


• Familiarity with CRM and data analytics platforms


• Must have experience with Google Ads

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position performs general office duties in a professional environment. Occasional lifting of marketing materials may be required.
