Livetech is an experiential marketing and consumer education agency specializing in brand engagement through live events, webinars and virtual workshops, eLearning, and event-based app development. We work with leading mission-based organizations like AARP to create programs that educate and empower diverse audiences nationwide.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time employment role. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, nurturing leads, and positioning Livetech for continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage targeted email campaigns to support lead generation
- Oversee and optimize our CRM (currently Pipedrive) to nurture leads generated from conferences, digital campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Conference Research & Strategy: Identify relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities; recommend strategic positioning and messaging based on audience profiles.
- Own our LinkedIn presence—create and schedule posts, grow our following, and engage with relevant industry content. Update other social media platforms as needed.
- Collaborate with Livetech graphic design, instructional design, and animation teams to lead the development of marketing materials including blog posts, case studies, pitch decks, videos, and thought leadership articles.
- Maintain and update website copy regularly to reflect our evolving offerings and ensure alignment with campaign messaging. Experience with SEO best practices and basic SEM strategy (e.g., optimizing content for search, supporting paid campaigns) is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency or B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in email platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Pipedrive)
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in content strategy
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Experience using AI-powered tools to streamline marketing workflows, enhance content creation, or optimize campaigns
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with experiential marketing, non-profit, or mission-driven campaigns is a plus
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
Contract Terms
- This is a contractor role with flexible hours and the opportunity to expand into a part-time or full-time position based on performance and business needs. Freelancers encouraged to apply. This job cannot be performed while also having a Monday to Friday full-time job. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
