We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute creative campaigns that inspire action and drive engagement. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategy with hands-on execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can manage multiple projects without missing a beat.

You'll oversee the planning, production, and delivery of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. From crafting compelling content and building social media presence to analyzing campaign performance and exploring new outreach opportunities, you'll have a direct impact on program visibility and success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with organizational goals.
• Manage digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Produce and refine content, including graphics, video, photography, and written copy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate promotional efforts for events and community initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data to measure results and make informed adjustments.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with content creation for both traditional and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to take initiative.

Bonus Skills

• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Google Analytics or other marketing analytics experience.
• Video editing, animation, or graphic design expertise.
