With millions of customers, millions of monthly website visitors, hundreds of thousands of social followers, and tens of thousands of influencer posts generating well over 100,000 videos every month, were moving fast, breaking rules, and building something thats never existed before. Were looking for a full-time Affiliate & Content Coordination Team Leader to help us scale one of the biggest affiliate programs in wellness. Youll be leading a team, managing massive volumes of content from thousands of affiliates, building smarter workflows, and making sure everything runs like a machine. This is a brand-new area were building so you wont just be managing, youll be helping create the playbook as we go. What Youll Do Lead and manage the affiliate/content coordination team, guiding workflows and holding the team accountable. Oversee daily processing of affiliate content (organic and paid), making sure its organized, accurate, and campaign-ready. Prioritize high-value affiliates and content so theyre onboarded and activated quickly. Build and improve workflows that can handle high-volume content more efficiently. Track performance maintain dashboards, share weekly reports, and highlight wins and problem areas. Solve process challenges with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. Act as the main point of contact for affiliate/content questions and escalations. Work with marketing and paid media teams to ensure affiliate content is usable for campaigns and ads. What Were Looking For Proven leadership experience youve managed a team and workflows before. Problem-solving mindset you thrive on building structure in new, fast-moving areas. Experience in affiliate, influencer, or content coordination (high-volume environment a big plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented you can spot errors, duplicates, and quality issues quickly. Comfortable with dashboards, tracking, and reporting.
