Job Description CDM Smith is seeking a full-time Communications Co-Op to join our Marketing & Communications team. Located in our Boston, MA Office, this position will work with our internal communications staff to help promote our brand, culture, and enterprise initiatives for one of the largest engineering firms in the U.S.
Support communication content development for our website, internal social network, emails and social media.
Assist in monitoring and engaging with employees and followers across our digital channels.
Help capture and analyze data on communication efforts to improve performance.
Roll up their sleeves with communications activities to support various brand campaigns.
Writing (emails, news releases, social media content, website)
Editing cdmsmith.com using our content management system
Social media monitoring and data gathering
Supporting internal and/or external communication campaigns
Project collaboration/brainstorming
Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program is required. Interest in marketing is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Two years of completed coursework, a strong academic record, and some prior experience are preferred but not required. Pursuing a degree in English, communications, marketing, business, journalism, public relations.
