Overview
Risdall is looking for a detailed paid media expert who has a passion for media and loves working in the business-to-business space. Our ideal candidate has strong analytical and reporting skills, has four to five years of experience across Google and LinkedIn platforms, is a good writer and has a penchant for constantly learning and evolving in the digital space. The ideal candidate has a strong background in implementation and reporting, experience writing ads and reviewing landing pages, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role starts with execution and optimization, but has room to grow into more
strategic responsibilities
as part of a dynamic agency environment. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management : Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitive analysis. Write ad copy and provide feedback on landing page design and content to maximize performance. Optimization & Reporting : Monitor budgets, performance, and pacing to ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs. Perform A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages. Generate detailed reports and dashboards with actionable insights. Work closely with the Paid Media Director and creative/content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives. Provide recommendations on emerging channels and best practices. Expand responsibilities into campaign strategy, audience planning, and cross-channel integration over time. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or similar fast-paced environment. Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing Google Ads (all properties) and LinkedIn Ads. Meta Ads experience strongly preferred. Certifications: Google Ads and GA4 (required). Digital Marketer or other relevant certifications a plus. AI Experience: Familiarity with using AI tools for ad copywriting, optimization, and reporting workflows. Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Excellent copywriting and communication abilities. Proven skills in creating slideshow presentations to communicate campaign results. Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms (e.g., Data Studio/Looker). Other qualifications: SEO basic skills and understanding.
