Overview
Join to apply for the VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation Manager role at Caesars Entertainment. This role reports to the Director of VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation. The position is responsible for managing continuous improvement and delivery of CRM product capabilities and providing strategy on initiatives and business processes that enable sales and services teams across the enterprise. The role also serves as a Lead Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator and assists in managing product backlogs in an Agile Scrum environment. The position is based in Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce/CRM governance and architecture as an administrator and internal consultant.
Champion Salesforce/CRM governance across the enterprise.
Acting business analyst resource supporting an enterprise-wide common Salesforce backlog as part of an Agile product team.
Assist with project management using Agile Kanban/Scrum methodologies in a fast-changing, iterative environment with many different stakeholders.
Identify growth and efficiency opportunities within the VIP Marketing organization and help lead the design and deployment of innovative sales and service solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align VIP Marketing capabilities and programs with enterprise initiatives.
Translate end-user desires and requirements into user stories that guide the creation of easy-to-use, elegant, sustainable solutions; focus on the “what and why” before the “how”.
Manage innovative projects from initial conceptualization through implementation, communication, and initial training.
Recommend project prioritization to leadership to ensure high-potential, high-return projects are implemented.
Collaborate with VIP Marketing Strategy & Support, IT Delivery Resources, Casino Marketing Leaders, Analytics, Scrum Team Members (Scrum Master), Casino Hosts, Sales Executives, Digital VIP teams, consultants/vendors, and others.
Manage technical process reviews and acceptance testing to meet product roadmap goals and sprint deadlines.
Be an empowered self-starter; take initiative and drive results in this management role.
Provide guidance on what to build and when to build, ensuring work aligns with wider business strategy.
Ability to work with and manage multiple direct reports; collaboration is key.
Apply a strong technical, creative, and analytical approach to solving problems and addressing end-user concerns.
Maintain a focus on user experience to ensure a successful rollout and high user adoption when building new capabilities.
Approach dynamic or special projects with enthusiasm and adaptability.
Education and/or Experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator or related certification strongly preferred with a minimum of 3 years building or supporting Salesforce capabilities.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ professional work experience in product management with emphasis on marketing technology, cloud-based CRM solutions or sales systems.
Professional work experience in casino marketing, loyalty marketing or the gaming industry strongly preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, hospitality or related areas of study preferred but not required.
Qualifications

Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the user story or objective, identify relevant concerns or factors, identify patterns, tendencies and relationships, formulate logical and objective conclusions, and recognize alternatives and their implications.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and framework used to manage complex projects and products.
High level of understanding about how data works and an ability to manipulate data using tools including Salesforce SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, Microsoft Access and Excel.
Strong project management skillset with the ability to manage in a fast-changing, iterative environment with many stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to end-users and at the executive leadership level; strong presentation skills.
Proven problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and think creatively; adaptable to changing requirements and timelines.
Ability to manage commitments across multiple projects and maintain high integrity and professionalism in a regulated business; champion Salesforce governance.
Ability to strictly follow change management policies as required by corporate IT partners.
Qualified candidates will have experience as a CRM administrator or marketing technology professional with proven skills; familiarity with Salesforce products and project management.
Self-starter with high self-sufficiency and the ability to take direction and follow procedures.
