We are seeking a

Senior UX Researcher

to design and execute quantitative and qualitative research that informs product, digital, web, and service experiences. This role will shape research roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional leadership, and drive innovation through rigorous research methods. Responsibilities

Define and execute research roadmaps aligned with business priorities. Represent UX research in cross-functional leadership meetings. Lead end-to-end research projects, including survey design, interviews, and mixed-method studies. Conduct and analyze large-scale surveys using advanced Qualtrics features. Partner with stakeholders in product, design, marketing, and engineering. Mentor junior researchers and collaborate effectively with peers. Manage vendors, recruitment, and participant compensation when needed. Deliver clear, actionable insights through impactful reporting and visualizations. Contribute to process improvements and methodology innovation. Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UX/CX research, human factors, or customer insights. Expertise in survey design, design of experiments, and statistical analysis. Extensive experience with Qualtrics (advanced features). Strong data visualization and storytelling skills. Proven success influencing leadership and collaborating in fast-paced environments. Experience working in agile and design sprint environments. Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of research experience in regulated medical or med-tech spaces. Knowledge of diabetes and healthcare user needs. Advanced expertise in statistical analysis. Seniority level
