Position Overview: The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategy, managing key customer relationships, building and leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across existing and new markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning the company's go-to-market strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the execution of strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and channels across North America and global markets. Manage and grow relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and end-users. Implement sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting models. Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team. Build and manage the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging. Oversee digital marketing, trade shows, product launches, and lead generation campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Develop content and collateral that supports sales efforts and enhances brand visibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and operations to align customer needs with product capabilities. Coordinate with finance and executive leadership on pricing, budgeting, and ROI analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B industrial or electrical component sales and marketing. Proven track record of developing sales teams, achieving revenue growth, and launching marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles, industrial distribution networks, and product positioning. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
