VP of Strategic Accounts & Marketing

will be a cornerstone leader at OpenRoad Collision, responsible for shaping and owning the relationships that drive growth, margin integrity, and long-term value creation. This executive will serve as the single point of accountability for OpenRoad’s largest and most strategic partners; insurers, OEMs, retail affiliates, and calibration customers while also leading the brand, marketing, and communications platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will play a central role in all major growth, pricing, and partnership decisions, ensuring alignment between external partnerships, marketing strategy, and shop-level execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership Own and grow relationships with OpenRoad’s most critical partners, including insurance carriers, OEM programs, national accounts, and retail affiliates. Act as the executive sponsor in all strategic account reviews, negotiations, and performance discussions. Proactively identify opportunities to increase wallet share, strengthen partnerships, and enhance overall satisfaction. Lead conflict resolution efforts to align internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring long-term relationship success. Support initiatives in driving business channels, particularly through retail referral programs, and strategic DRP expansion. Partner with Operations to develop service models that enhance customer experience and capture additional market share. Benchmark and anticipate industry shifts, positioning OpenRoad ahead of competitors. Rate & Pricing Strategy Design, implement, and defend rate strategies across labor, parts, and calibrations that balance partner alignment with margin discipline. Monitor competitive trends and advocate for OpenRoad’s value proposition to sustain pricing power. Marketing & Brand Leadership Lead OpenRoad’s marketing department, overseeing brand strategy, communications, digital presence, and partner marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across markets, aligning marketing efforts with strategic account growth. Elevate OpenRoad’s reputation as a culture-first, high-performance operator within the collision industry. Data, Reporting & Accountability Establish account scorecards, growth dashboards, and quarterly reviews tied to retention, margin, and satisfaction metrics. Partner with Finance and Operations to quantify value creation from strategic accounts.
