Overview Senior Manager, Omni Commerce & Retail Media

Kellanova . The role focuses on unlocking the power of Retail Media Networks to connect Kellanova’s brands with shoppers in meaningful ways. You’ll drive conversion and elevate customer relationships by blending strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making. This role offers a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days if you’re located within 50 miles of Battle Creek, Naperville, or Chicago office locations. Relocation is not offered for this role, but additional locations will be considered.

What you’ll be doing

Cross-Functional Influence – Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category teams to deliver seamless omni experiences, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution across all shopper touchpoints.

Purpose-Driven Activation – Support agency partners in developing and executing integrated plans grounded in occasion and driven by brand purpose. Plans should align with customer and category priorities to accelerate online share and drive meaningful engagement.

Growth & Investment Strategy – Deliver category growth for customers and consumer growth for Kellanova by recommending full-funnel omni solutions and investment strategies that balance innovation with operating profitability.

Data-Driven Agility – Leverage data, technology, and shopper insights to understand evolving mindsets, enabling agile business operations and connecting retail media tactics and omni-investments to measurable commerce outcomes.

Performance Optimization – Lead post-program analysis, manage eCommerce business reviews and forecasting, and enhance plans based on results to improve ROI and drive efficient growth across categories, brands, and retail partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

Extensive Retailer Media, Shopper Marketing, and Ecommerce experience.

Significant retailer and media team facing experience with Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Amazon Ads, Sam’s MAP, Roundel or Instacart.

Experience in developing marketing, sales, omni strategy and omni commercial plans.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners while driving objective, fact-based solutions.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.

Strong technology and communications knowledge with the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders in both formal and informal settings.

Compensation The annual salary range is $144,400 - $189,525, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
