Manager Digital Marketing and Technology
for the AFH unit. This role oversees and optimizes AFH marketing technology operations, with a focus on HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager. It is a hybrid role located in Naperville, IL, Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI, with estimated travel of 10%. Responsibilities
Strategic Platform Management – Oversee daily operations of marketing platforms like HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager. This includes hands-on execution of setting up, testing, scheduling, and monitoring products, promotions, emails, and marketing automation strategies, as well as overseeing platform integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless execution. Optimization & Automation – Lead performance initiatives by running A/B and multivariate tests; analyzing results to optimize performance, and developing automation strategies with segmentation, personalization, and AI tools. Also responsible for maintaining clean and standardized data fields, integrating data systems, and refining performance dashboards to drive continuous improvement. Operational Efficiency – Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, while identifying and implementing process and platform improvements to enhance overall effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and strategy teams to align technologies with business goals. Share insights and stay current on marketing tech trends, incorporating competitive learnings to inform strategy and execution. Team Enablement & Leadership – Provide training and support on HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across marketing initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, business, or related field Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, CRM, or a similar role Proficiency in digital marketing, marketing automation and CMS tools (ex. HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Experience Manager) Expertise in using web analytics, A/B testing, site personalization and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization Demonstrated expertise in hands-on data standardization and cleansing to ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and usability across complex digital ecosystems Proven ability to lead complex projects with strong organizational discipline while navigating cross-functional, matrixed environments to drive alignment and execution Compensation
The annual salary range is $103,500 - $135,900, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available. What’s Next
