Alyssa Kristin is a modern bridal house rooted in elevated minimalism, intentional design, and a sculptural, editorial aesthetic. As we expand our flagship presence, debut a new luxury line, and grow global awareness, we’re looking for a
strategic, creative Brand & Content Manager
to shape how our brand is seen and experienced. This is a
brand-defining role
at a pivotal moment in our growth. You’ll lead storytelling, campaigns, and press initiatives while also directing creative content that reflects the refined, editorial aesthetic at the core of our house. Equal parts strategist and creative, you’ll translate Alyssa Kristin’s DNA into cultural relevance and luxury positioning—ensuring the brand resonates with brides, retailers, editors, and tastemakers worldwide.

Travel:
Occasional, as needed for shoots, fashion weeks, or press events
Compensation:

What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and protect Alyssa Kristin’s luxury brand identity across all touchpoints.
Develop strategies that strengthen equity, drive awareness, and differentiate us within the global bridal market.
Partner with leadership on launches, press moments, and industry milestones.
Monitor cultural and fashion trends to inform positioning and keep the brand at the forefront.
Campaigns & Storytelling
Lead the development of brand campaigns and collection launches—from concept to execution—ensuring a cohesive presence across digital, press, and in-person moments.
Build go-to-market strategies for seasonal collections and key initiatives that reinforce luxury positioning.
Create narratives that resonate with editors, retailers, and brides, blending timeless elegance with editorial edge.
Measure and refine campaigns based on performance and impact.
Content & Creative Direction
Own creative direction across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email, blog, and emerging platforms.
Concept, produce, and edit photo and video content that embodies the brand’s sculptural, elevated aesthetic.
Manage a content calendar that aligns with launches, press stories, and cultural milestones.
Safeguard a consistent luxury lens across all visual storytelling.
Press & Industry Relationships
Craft and pitch narratives to generate coverage across bridal, fashion, and lifestyle outlets.
Build and nurture relationships with editors, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers.
Ensure every brand moment—whether on the runway, in press, or online—reinforces Alyssa Kristin’s luxury positioning.
Brand Health & Insights
Track engagement, press visibility, and industry feedback to assess brand resonance.
Provide insights to leadership on brand KPIs, positioning, and opportunities for elevation.
Stay ahead of cultural and industry shifts to ensure relevance in a fast-evolving bridal landscape.
Who You Are
Strategic Brand Builder
– Experienced in luxury, fashion, or bridal brand management; skilled in positioning and storytelling.
Creative Visionary
– Sharp visual direction skills, able to produce and oversee editorial-level content.
Press-Savvy
– Confident pitching stories, securing coverage, and cultivating relationships with editors and tastemakers.
Aesthetic-Driven
– Deep intuition for tone, mood, and luxury storytelling across platforms.
Organized & Agile
– Strong project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experienced
– 5–7 years in brand management, content, or PR roles within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
