a VP, Marketing
to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Vice President (VP), of Marketing is accountable for the enterprise customer experience strategy, execution and measurement of experience and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle across the company’s business units and services. This role develops and executes performance marketing plans for the management of customer journeys with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value. The VP, Marketing, assesses interactions from the customer’s point of view, identifying opportunities to improve the discovery, engagement and delivery of relevant services.
This position collaborates with executives to lead customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and cross-promotion via paid and organic channels across multiple business units. Additionally, the role maintains relationships with outside agencies to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. The VP, Marketing manages team members and vendors who are responsible for practices and tools used for customer analytics (Google Analytics, for example) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The role successfully collaborates and manages integration strategies with IT and Business Development teams.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the enterprise customer experience strategy, execution and measurement of experience and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle across the company’s business units and services.
Develops and executes performance marketing plans for the management of customer journeys with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value.
Assesses interactions from the customer’s point of view, identifying opportunities to improve the discovery, engagement and delivery of relevant services.
Collaborates with executives to lead customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and cross-promotion via paid and organic channels across multiple business units.
Maintains relationships with outside agencies to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Manages team members and vendors who are responsible for practices and tools used for customer analytics and CRM; collaborates with IT and Business Development teams on integration strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
7+ years' progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in strategic planning, brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, innovation, and customer engagement
5+ years in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
3+ years’ Mortgage, Real Estate or Financial Services experience
Prior experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies including lead generation and content development strongly preferred
Extensive project management experience to include leading initiatives at an enterprise level with multiple stakeholders across multiple business units
Demonstrated experience managing program/campaign budgets, media planning, lead acquisition and SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Marketing) lead buys, email marketing, website content and conversion optimization
Experience implementing CRM practices and tools (HubSpot, Total Expert or similar) to enhance the customer experience and segmentation
Familiarity with Online Reputation Management and Google Business Profiles is a plus
Strong leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present to and facilitate discussions with executive leadership
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns, scale success
Strong problem-solving abilities; strong fiscal and technical aptitude
Strong decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is between $140,000.00-$170,000.00 annually
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
