As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Local Marketing Manager to help bridge the gap between our central marketing team and our clinic-level operations.

Position Summary The Sr. Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting field marketing operations across QualDerm's network of dermatology clinics. This role is responsible for strategic frameworks and processes for localized marketing plans, managing clinic requests, supporting events, handling reputation management, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with strong project management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Local Marketing Strategy & Execution

Lead the creation of regional playbooks and templates that empower scalable, localized marketing while protecting brand consistency

Partner with finance and operations to develop a repeatable, data-driven budgeting framework (e.g., % of EBITDA, patient volume targets) for local marketing allocations

Design and maintain a clinic tiering model based on performance potential, competitive landscape, and growth opportunity to guide marketing investment decisions

Develop and implement localized marketing plans in partnership with clinic leadership to drive patient volume and brand awareness

Coordinate print, digital, and in-office collateral aligned with brand standards

Measure impact, report on ROAS, and optimize returns resulting from these campaigns

Clinic & Provider Support

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clinic managers and providers—educating them on marketing ROI, patient acquisition levers, and sustainable outreach tactics

Build and maintain relationships across regional teams to ensure field feedback loops are integrated into marketing strategy

Develop strategy for intake, triage, and prioritization of clinic marketing requests; ensure timely execution with appropriate stakeholders

Measure and report on ROI of marketing

Conduct regular marketing reviews with clinic leaders to assess performance and adjust plans based on evolving market and clinic needs

Reputation & Listings Management

Create strategy for comprehensive reputation enhancement across review platforms and doctor directories (e.g., Google, Healthgrades, ZocDoc) leveraging Birdeye

Partner with clinics to respond to reviews when appropriate and escalate issues as needed

Oversee search listings via Yext, ensuring accuracy and optimization

Event Management

Plan and execute local events annually, including open houses, community events, and clinic-hosted initiatives

Manage logistics, promotion, materials, and post-event reporting

Measure impact and optimize returns resulting from events

Social Media Management

Partner with local clinic social ambassadors in HootSuite to post localized social media content for clinics

Collaborate with corporate communications on social media calendars, brand voice, and performance reporting

Print Store & Collateral Management

Lead administration of QualDerm's print store, ensuring clinics have access to updated and approved marketing materials

Coordinate new asset development and printing needs with vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

5 - 8 years of experience in a marketing, field marketing, or operations-support role—healthcare experience preferred

Strong project and time management skills; ability to handle high-volume workload with shifting priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and social media platforms

Experience with Google My Business, Birdeye, Yext, and similar platforms a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally for clinic support or event execution
