Overview Nili Lotan is seeking a Social Media Content & Strategy Manager to build and execute the brand’s social media strategy and support overall audience development objectives. This role focuses on content creation strategy and performance optimization. You’ll need to know what makes content click, be passionate about culture, and deeply knowledgeable about social platform mechanics. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications.
Responsibilities
Lead an always-on Social Media strategy, establishing engagement-driven growth tactics and content curation for all social channels.
Work hand in hand with the marketing and creative team to develop engaging brand assets to drive new launches, support core hero products, bring brand storytelling to life and execute results-driven social and digital media strategy.
Build and execute a differentiated channel strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and new platforms to drive acquisition and support the brand’s overall audience development goals and suggest original, high-performing content.
Oversee all deliverables, community management, growth, and engagement goals.
Manage the development of the brand’s social-led editorial calendar with compelling content strategies, translating marketing and product messaging through social platforms while staying true to the brand's aesthetic and mission.
Spot trends early and use them to drive engagement and ROI.
Manage content calendars and coordinate across creative, strategy, and client teams.
Lead daily community management: monitor comments, messages, UGC, and keep channels clean and timely.
Analyze performance and produce actionable reports that influence future strategy.
Serve as a thought leader across social and share best practices, general guidance, and brand standards/guidelines.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, PR, and Influencer teams to execute integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics reporting processes, including influencer and social media results, and provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs.
You Are
A social media strategist who understands what performs - and why.
Fluent in paid and organic tactics across social platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4-5 years of social media experience at a premium or luxury fashion brand or agency.
Proven history of growing social audiences with in-depth social media experience and managing paid and organic content across major platforms.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (Agora, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Experience working with luxury travel, lifestyle, or destination brands.
Experience with Figma.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Strong writing skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
What we offer Salary : While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $95,000-$110,000 annually.
