What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Assist the editorial team in producing high-quality SEO content to improve reader decision-making and search performance - Manage the daily publishing process, including formatting posts and adding visuals - Update and maintain published content for accuracy, SEO, and compliance - Collaborate with the editorial team to enhance knowledge and skills through feedback - Support various ad hoc tasks ranging from content optimization to data entry
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 1+ years of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment - Strong detail-oriented execution with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Comfortable working remotely with excellent communication and time management skills - Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting (including light HTML) - Basic understanding of SEO practices and openness to integrating AI into workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in digital media or performance marketing environments - Proven ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly - Previous involvement in fact-checking and copyediting processes
