Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline internal and external communications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining brand consistency, drafting effective messaging, and supporting company-wide communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in corporate communications, internal memos, email drafting, and documentation support.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, including company updates, newsletters, and announcements. Support HR and leadership teams in creating employee communications and documentation. Ensure all communications reflect brand tone and comply with company standards. Collaborate with departments to gather information and translate it into clear, professional messaging. Maintain and organize communication archives, templates, and style guides. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and event materials. Monitor communication metrics and suggest improvements for clarity and engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a communications, writing, or administrative support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and editing abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
