Pay: $600–$2,150+ monthly (see pay structure below) Type: Paid internship with potential to go full-time BMORE Studio is the first and leading TikTok Live creator agency in the DMV area. Based in Baltimore, we help livestreamers grow their fanbase, earn real income, and join a thriving creator network. We work directly with top TikTok talent—not just small creators looking to go viral, but future stars who already have the spark. We work out of a 5000sq ft TikTok Studio in Fells Point, with the team and resources to fuel everything needed to create your own content while also bringing in new creators. What You'll Be Doing We're looking for TikTok-obsessed talent scouts who can spot rising stars and help bring them into our agency. This is not your average 9–5 or corporate HR job — it's live, fast-paced, and creator-first. You'll spend time on TikTok LIVE finding potential creators, join their stream (using FaceTalk), and pitch them the opportunity to partner with BMORE Studio. You don’t need a degree — you need good taste, hustle, and camera confidence. Are active on TikTok or stream yourself Love discovering new trends and creators Enjoy talking to people — especially live on camera Want to work in a high-energy, social media-driven environment Are interested in talent, content, creator economy, or entertainment Can commute to our studio in Baltimore (recruiters must be onsite throughout the week) $600/month once KPI's are met $200/month bonus if you hit 200K diamonds (creator earnings) Must reach minimum to move to full-time If you don’t meet performance after 2 weeks = trial pay and tentative release. $1,000 base + $1,000 performance bonus ($2000/month) $150 attendance bonus ($2150/month) Up to 20% commission on revenue from creators you bring in Full time recruiters can make $3,000-$5000+/month once established Start as a paid intern Promote to full-time with salary, bonuses, and commission Or switch to flexible contractor (higher commission, remote-friendly) We’ll give you everything you need: scripts, training, and studio support — you bring the TikTok taste and hustle.
