Title: UX Designer
(Advisory AI Platform) Location: Remote

UX Designer
(Advisory AI Platform).
In this role, you will help shape intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable user experiences for Project Impact within the broader Advisory AI ecosystem. Contribute to UX strategy, unify patterns in the Global UX Design Playbook, and design end-to-end flows—from discovery and wireframes to prototypes and usability testing—that help users reach outcomes quickly and confidently. Partner with change management, offering owners, product/engineering, and data/AI teams to translate research and usage analytics into data-informed design, drive adoption, and continuously improve the experience. Responsibilities UX strategy & integration:
Contribute to a cohesive UX strategy for the Advisory
AI application ecosystem ; align Project Impact with the
Global UX Design Playbook
(principles, patterns, interaction models).
Experience design for Project Impact:
Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces and
personalized flows ; produce journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes in
Figma .
Design system alignment:
Evolve unified patterns/components and interaction models; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and consistency across products.
Stakeholder collaboration:
Partner with offering owners, product, engineering, data/AI, and
Change Management
to understand needs, co-create solutions, and align roadmaps.
Workshops & feedback loops:
Help plan/facilitate discovery sessions, design critiques, and stakeholder reviews; iterate quickly from feedback.
Research & insights:
Conduct targeted
user research
(interviews, task analysis, usability testing); synthesize findings into design recommendations.
AI awareness & market scan:
Monitor emerging
AI interaction patterns
and trends; propose innovative, trustworthy interactions (guidance, transparency, error recovery).
Data-informed iteration:
Analyze
usage/adoption metrics
(activation, task success, CSAT/NPS, feedback) to drive continuous improvement.
Change & adoption support:
Prepare
communication materials
(release notes, demos, guides) and partner with change teams to enable adoption; monitor satisfaction and iterate.
Skills Required Solid grasp of
UX/UI principles , information architecture, and
end-to-end product design .
Proficiency with
Figma
(components, variants, prototypes) and familiarity with
Adobe Creative Cloud ; comfort with Miro/FigJam (or similar) for workshops.
Ability to
translate research & analytics
into clear design artifacts and measurable improvements.
Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have:
Experience with
AI platform design
or conversational patterns; exposure to
change management ; familiarity with enterprise tech ecosystems and design systems.
Education& Work
Experience Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years
in UX/product design (enterprise or technology environments), with a track record of shipping features across multiple platforms and collaborating in cross-functional teams. Ref ID
