What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead and manage 4 to 5 account teams, overseeing high-level strategy and media strategies
Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and developing strategic communications plans
Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions
Mentor junior staff and assist in their development while maintaining a positive team culture
Proactively identify new business opportunities and participate in networking events
What is Required (Qualifications) :
At least 7 years of PR agency experience
Record of high academic achievement, with a strong degree, particularly in English and / or Business
Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
Excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of media and editorial requirements
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
A wide network of national and regional media contacts
Experience in delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
