What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage 4 to 5 account teams, overseeing high-level strategy development for clients
• Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Develop strategic communications plans, including identifying key messages and audiences
• Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development

What is Required (Qualifications)

• At least 7 years of PR agency experience
• Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business
• Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
• Excellent publicity skills with a strong understanding of media and storytelling
• Superior people and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience in running a reactive and proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries
• A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts
• Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
