We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join a leadingmanufacturing company based in Providence, RI. This rolewill play a pivotal part in driving business growth by identifying emerging market opportunities, developing targeted strategies, and enhancing engagement with both new and existing customers to maximize profitability. The Sales & MarketingSpecialist will work closely with internal teams to support strategic initiatives while managing a diverse portfolio of sales and customer relationship activities. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and project management within a professional environment, along with a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting are essential.

This is a permanent position that will pay a base salary of $70-80k, plus bonus. This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in their Providence office.

Responsibilities: Perform prospect identification, customer relationship development, new project introductions, and pricing strategies. Support efforts to identify emerging market opportunities, and refine strategies to maximize new and existing customer engagement and profitability. Collaborate with team members to identify, develop, and execute marketing strategy. Function as project manager for New Product Introductions (NPI). Manage and support key customer relationships. Update and maintain HubSpot (CRM). Utilize inbound marketing strategies and marketing automation tools to optimize outreach and Define and execute commercial distribution programs including policies and procedures, rebate programs, and other appropriate channel initiatives. Provide reports on business metrics as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and relevant sales/sales lifecycle/account ma experience. 2+ years of experience performing account management responsibilities, including building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong project management experience ideally within a sales capacity. Ability to establish, maintain, and optimize project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint). Previous experience with ERP systems. Experience with Global Shop Solutions is a plus. Experience utilizing CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong active listening, problem-solving, and time management skills. Demonstrated interest in and ability to learn new information for current and future decision-making and problem-solving needs.
