We are currently seeking a talented and motivated

Project Manager

to manage projects and work closely with the partners from concept through construction, who is self-motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has great design skills and strong work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come. Responsibilities: Work closely with Principals to ensure design intent is carried through all phases Participate in client meetings and client interactions Lead and coordinate the preparation of construction documents and permit submittals Assign and oversee project tasks to team members Manage consultant coordination, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers Detailing, product selection, specifications, sustainability, and code research Construction administration and site visits Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in an architectural firm and high-end residential projects Professional degree in Architecture Excellent design, technical, and communication skills Strong proficiency in CAD + BIM; ArchiCAD and Twinmotion experience a plus Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Diverse and inspiring creative design work Bonusing/profit sharing Open studio creative environment and collaborative team culture where everyone’s ideas are encouraged and embraced Healthy work/life balance with flexible work schedules Great opportunities for professional growth and advancement The chance to live and work in Santa Barbara’s inspiring coastal environment Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits, paid time off, and retirement plan options Continuing education support How to Apply:
