In this hybrid role, you'll:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performing websites and web applications
- Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems
- Apply Human-Centered Design to shape digital strategies and user experiences
- Conduct user research, create personas & journey maps, and drive usability testing
- Collaborate across teams to align tech solutions with business goals
🧠What You Bring:
- 3+ years in web development, UX, or digital strategy
- Experience with HCD methods like design thinking & experience mapping
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- A Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field
