Overview Capture & Content Strategy Lead role with a specialized IT consulting firm delivering advance network architecture, cybersecurity, and hybrid cloud transformation solutions to public sector and commercial clients. We are looking for an experienced

capture strategist and proposal content leader

to build a proactive capture function from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role suited for a self-starter who knows how to stand up capture tooling, engage with procurement teams, and develop compelling proposal content in lean environments.

Build and lead a proactive capture function from the ground up Stand up capture tooling and processes to support opportunity pursuit Engage with procurement teams to accelerate opportunities Develop compelling proposal content (narratives, win themes, executive summaries) Collaborate with sales, technical, and executive teams Architect capture infrastructure and past performance libraries from scratch Blend capture management, proposal development, and market visibility strategy in a growth-focused role Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Compensation & Benefits

5+ years of

capture management and proposal development

experience in Federal/SLED markets Strong knowledge of procurement portals (GovWin, SAM.gov, eMaryland Marketplace, etc.) Proven ability to

build capture processes and past performance libraries

from scratch Skilled at drafting

past performance narratives, win themes, and executive summaries Experience collaborating across sales, technical, and executive teams Seniority level
