Capture & Content Strategy Lead role with a specialized IT consulting firm delivering advanced network architecture, cybersecurity, and hybrid cloud transformation solutions to public sector and commercial clients.

We are looking for an experienced capture strategist and proposal content leader to build a proactive capture function from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role suited for a self-starter who knows how to stand up capture tooling, engage with procurement teams, and develop compelling proposal content in lean environments. 20+ year track record supporting DHS, state/local governments, and education systems Minority-owned, ISO 9001:2015-certified, AWS Select Tier Services Partner Agile, engineer-led culture with deep technical expertise and strong OEM partnerships Direct exposure to leadership and opportunity to architect capture infrastructure from scratch Growth-focused role that blends capture management, proposal development, and market visibility strategy Compensation and Benefits: $140K–$175K base salary (commensurate with experience) KPI-based bonus structure Cigna health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with 4% match via Vanguard Remote setup, phone/internet stipend Minimal travel 5+ years of capture management and proposal development experience in Federal/SLED marketsStrong knowledge of procurement portals (GovWin, SAM.gov, eMaryland Marketplace, etc.)Proven ability to build capture processes and past performance libraries from scratchSkilled at drafting past performance narratives, win themes, and executive summariesExperience collaborating across sales, technical, and executive teamsBachelor’s degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
