Marketing Coordinator | Houston, TX (on-site)

Partners is seeking a sharp, resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing commercial real estate team. In this role, you’ll bring a blend of marketing expertise, preparing standout materials, managing listing activity, and keeping brokers organized and ahead of deadlines.

You'll use Adobe Creative Suite to prepare proposals, flyers, and presentations while coordinating tours, updating databases, and tracking deals from pitch to close. Your attention to detail, design fluency, and project management skills will ensure a polished, professional presence at every stage.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare high-level design deliverables, proposals, and presentation decks using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Develop and update marketing collateral; compile real estate and market data for use in presentations, meetings, and proposals
  • Update and maintain contact databases, track prospects, tenants, clients, and deal information
  • Process client documents, prepare negotiation summaries, and build RFP comparison matrices
  • Track and report marketing activity, listing expirations, and other critical dates
  • Design and schedule email campaigns through Click Dimensions
  • Produce tour books, assist with market surveys, and coordinate tour schedules
  • Review complex real estate documents and ensure the accuracy of property information across all platforms
  • Complete accounting and administrative tasks including expense reports, pipeline entries, deal sheets, invoices, and XRM reports
  • Support planning and execution of external client events; organize meetings, calls, and travel logistics
  • Operate various software systems and office equipment as needed

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator required)
  • Real estate experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Word (1 year minimum)
  • Ability to independently create and update marketing collateral
  • Solid understanding of TREC regulations, confidentiality requirements, and critical timelines
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and deal flow
  • Comfortable with light data analysis and market research
  • Excellent proofreading and formatting skills; consistently catches errors others miss
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Professional, prompt, and polished in both internal and external communications
  • Handles recurring and repetitive updates with accuracy and consistency
  • Confident in liaising with brokers, clients, and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through

What Sets You Apart

  • Ability to manage multiple listings, projects, and recurring updates with accuracy
  • Experience with CRM tools (Apto, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to GIS or mapping software (or willingness to learn)
  • Invested in keeping brokers organized and looking sharp
  • Real estate license is a plus
