This role will encompass all of our digital and linear endpoints and the right candidate will have experience managing teams across that spectrum. The right candidate has a high attention to detail, understanding the nuances of every element we stream or broadcast and has a high technical skill to manage and regularly operate our newsroom production system, alongside our producer/anchors but also has been in a control room, producing and managing newscasts recently. Training for those who produce linear or streaming newscasts with limited resources Basic Qualifications Must have 5 years prior experience Top 10 market experience in day-to-day operations, production and leadership of local news streaming products. Making quick, strategicdecisions is a must, along with close collaboration with the other newsroom and station leaders. Having a strong, thoughtful but compassionate voice when making decisions with our team is a requirement.
